Do you offer a limited selection of titles?
Our Club members have access to a catalog of hundreds of titles that have been thoughtfully selected by editors in tune with what you like to watch. Say goodbye to clicking through screens searching for something that interests you. We do the work so that you can focus on watching great DVDs, not searching for them!

JOINING THE CLUB
How do I join?
Browse our website, make your selections and review the items in your cart. Then simply complete the checkout process by providing your billing and shipping information, agreeing to our risk-free membership agreement, and clicking Join Now.
What does it mean to be a member? Is there a catch?
As a member, you'll have access to the hottest DVDs at great prices. All we ask is that you purchase additional DVDs from us after you join. The Membership Agreement outlines the number of DVDs you may need to purchase, as well as other important details about this great offer.
What if I change my mind?
We guarantee your satisfaction. Your membership is risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your introductory package, you may return it within 20 days at our expense. Your membership will be canceled and any payments will be credited/refunded.
How do I save money?
As a member, you'll enjoy great prices on top DVDs. You'll also have access to special sales and promotions.
Will a new DVD be mailed to me every month?
It's up to you! You'll receive an email or catalog every 3-4 weeks (up to 20 times a year) that highlights a new DVD. You can choose if you'd like to purchase any of these featured title. However, this DVD will be automatically shipped to you unless you decline them. If you decide they're not for you, simply tell us by the due date provided in your Director's Selection email or on your Member Reply Form.
Can I join if I am not a resident of the United States?
At the present time, only residents of the United States and those who are active U.S. military personnel living overseas (with APO/FPO addresses) can be members of the Club.
Is there any difference between joining through the website or through an ad or postal mail sent to me?
No. When you become a member through the website, you'll enjoy the same benefits and savings of someone who joined through an advertisement or mailing.
BILLING & SHIPPING
What is the total cost for my introductory DVDs?
During the checkout process, you'll be able to review the total order amount within your cart prior to submitting your online order. In addition to the low offer price for your introductory package, you may also be charged shipping and processing, which covers all associated costs and services, including labor, materials, packaging and postage. Typical shipping and processing charges: $5.99 for standard shipping plus sales tax where applicable.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
We'll charge your credit card, debit card or PayPal account when we ship your order.
Is it safe to enter my credit/debit card or PayPal information on the website?
Yes. In addition to the security benefit of password authentication, we use Secure Server Software (SSL) to maintain the safety and privacy of your information. SSL is the industry standard and the most effective way to conduct secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Do I need to pay tax?
We collect taxes in states where applicable. That tax is paid to your state and/or local tax authorities. Many states require us to collect tax on the total cost of your order, including shipping and processing.
Can I have items shipped outside of the United States?
At the present time, we can only ship to individuals residing within the United States and its possessions, and those persons with APO/FPO addresses. Shipments are not sent to other locations since we cannot guarantee product delivery.
